RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. You are liable for all return shipping costs. Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. Faulty items will only be accepted for a return/refund if you advise us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. All items must be returned for a refund.
